Some common reasons include that the card is not enabled for online payments or, if it is a prepaid card, that it does not have enough balance.
Payment by credit or debit card:
Banks usually validate the payment via SMS or through the bank's app. Make sure you have your mobile phone at hand to receive the code. If you do not receive the SMS when trying to pay, contact your bank to resolve the problem.
Payment with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna:
The most common error when using these payment methods is a failure in communication with the platform. In this case, the order will be in "pending" status. We recommend waiting 24 hours so that we can review the payments and resolve it.
If the payment is not made correctly, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to make a new one.
